The Avengers: Now with more in-fighting and Scarlett Johansson

The second full-length trailer for The Avengers was released this morning, along with a this new poster that came out yesterday. It's an iTunes exclusive, so you'll have to head over there to watch it until Marvel puts it up on YouTube and I can embed it. A lot of the action is stuff from the Super Bowl spot, but that's hardly what matters. This trailer finally gives a sense of the way Joss Whedon is going to handle the team dynamic, and that, as promised, is going to be just like a family. So we have siblings fighting, mom and dad disapproving, and some weird Arrested Development-style cousin stuff. Basically, it's brilliant. There's a lot more of Scarlett Johanssen and Colbie Smulders' Maria Hill finally makes an appearance. Of course I did more screen grabs, so they are in HD after the jump.
We start with the requisite shots of urban destruction.
 Nick Fury.
The army comes in to deal with the situation.
And they must not be able to handle it, because...
The Coulson thinks bigger guns are needed.
Somehow, Paramount is still getting credit for this...
 S.H.I.E.L.D. helipad.
This is the clip from the Captain America after-the-credits scene.
Bruce Banner's humble abode.
Black Widow being persuasive.
Banner seems over dressed.
But it looks like there's going to be a party.
Mjolnir
Still don't know how, but Thor gets back to Earth.
Cap and the Hulk meet on the Helicarrier.
Stark Tower.

Tony's built a fancy way to get undressed.
It takes off the armor as he walks.
And he points out he wasn't wanted for the team.
Hero shot of Thor.
And then he and Iron Man fight.
Here's Maria Hill. And Coulson calls for a time out.
The big three. Post fight, judging from the uprooted trees.

Here's an interesting shot. Black Widow appears to be fighting Hawkeye. Note the wrist guard. Mainly interesting because they're both S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and a later scene in the trailer shows them getting along.
Cap will be parachuting. All is right with the world.
Iron Man again.
Loki looks angry.
Thor v. Cap.
Something throws Thor.
Nick Fury is desperate.
Loki in a fancy suit.
Kneel before Loki.
Looks like something has pinned Black Widow's leg.
Hawkeye shooting something. You can see the wrist guard I mentioned earlier.
Hulk attacks Black Widow?
Bruce Banner points out the team is a time-bomb.
Is Thor in a holding cell, and if so, who left him the hammer?
Things don't look good for the S.H.I.E.L.D. base.
Not good at all.
Quick shot of the alien things.
Same shot of Hawkeye from the Super Bowl trailer.
It's still awesome.
Iron Man chasing...
And shooting things.
Oh no, he's falling...
Interception!
Best shot in the trailer.
Hulk catch Iron Man.
Which implies the Hulk won't be going Mindless Rage Monster.
Now Hawkeye and Black Widow are getting along.
Her: "We weren't trained for this."
Hulk no need training!
The logo is suitably battle-damaged.
Iron Man is bringing a party.
Black Widow surprised face.
Here it is. There were early set reports of a "Leviathan." Is this it?
Is it a creature in armor? A robot? An alien ship? Only time will tell.
May seems a long ways away.

IMAX 3D, huh? I'd prefer IMAX 2D, but it'll do.
